Will anyone contact me after I've booked my trip?
Booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. Check your junk mail folder if you do not find it in the inbox. We will send you the driver's details the night before your Joyride commences.
How do I make changes for my booking?

How long does it take to reach my destination?
The estimated amount of time is calculated base on the locations stated in your booking. It is subject to change due to traffic condition and weather.
How will the driver locate me at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you with a placard that displays our Joyride logo and your name. We have shared your contact details with the driver for ease of contacting you.
How far in advance can I change my travel schedule?
You may change your booking at least 12 hours in advance, however this is subject to availability of our drivers.
Are there any hidden or surcharge fees?
For any changes or additions to your booking, please contact us via Whastapp and we will further advise the additional charges.
