Before Booking

Joyride provides hassle-free, door-to-door transportation service anywhere between Singapore and Malaysia. Our portal presents added convenience to book your transportation, whether it’s for a road trip holiday, short weekend getaway, or simply visiting friends or relatives. All destinations permitted by law, in Malaysia and Singapore, that are reachable by car.

No, the passengers do not have to alight while clearing the immigration checkpoint.

Booking a trip is super simple and best of all, you have options. Just head to our booking page and select the destinations of your choice for pick up and drop off.

Absolutely! Why limit yourself, right? Please just note each trip will need to be booked individually online.

The estimated amount of time is calculated base on the locations stated in your booking. It is subject to change due to traffic and weather condition.

Our fees are calculated base on how far you travel and there are no hidden charges, unless you decide to change your destination.

We encourage you to book at least 2 days in advance, so that we can make necessary arrangements.
For regular bookings made between 8am-10pm 
Please book at least 3 hours before your scheduled time for pick up so as to allow us to ensure that the right services will be catered for your needs.
For urgent bookings lesser than 12 hours between 10pm-8am

Bookings made during this period of time are subject to availability of drivers, however we will respond to your messages soonest possible.

It is important to make sure you have the right travel documents like passport and visas, which may vary depending on your destination and nationality. Research in advance and check validity requirements. Registered passports must be valid for more than 6 months before expiry.

All passengers are liable for their own travel insurance.

All prices stated are per vehicle.

We offer a variety of transport models including the Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, Toyota Hiace & Vellfire, and Hyundai Starex. Each model comes at a different price point and with different seating capacity.

Currently, we are offering i) baby seats for children of age 2 and below, ii) selected refreshments such as bottled drinking water. These items are available at extra charges. The list would be updated progressively.

All hourly transfers booking has a minimum duration of 6 hours.

Yes, you can do that by adding waypoints in the “Distance” tab in the booking form. If you wish to add them in the “Flat Rate” tab, please contact our Customer Service via Whatsapp.

After Booking

You may change your schedule at least 12 hours in advance, however this will subject to the availability of our drivers.

Booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. Check your junk mail folder if you do not find it in the inbox. We will send you the driver’s details the night before your Joyride commences.

Our drivers will contact you when they arrive. They will reach you at the time specified in your itinerary, but this is subject to traffic conditions. To help you prepare, we’ll share the driver’s details with you via Whatsapp the night before your Joyride begins.

There will be no charges for luggages, but please check the dimensions and indicate the correct number of luggage you have so we can further advise.

For any changes or additions to your booking, please contact us directly and we will further advise the additional charges.

There will be a grace waiting time of 15 minutes. Additional charges of $10 will apply for every 15 minutes of waiting time thereafter.

We will advise on a case-by-case basis. You may contact us directly or via WeChat ID: MYJOYRIDE to inform us of a delay in your flight. You could also send us your flight number, so that our team can estimate your arrival time.

Our driver will be waiting for you with a placard that displays our Joyride logo and your name. We have shared your contact details with the driver for ease of contacting you.

Payment

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, PayNow and Alipay, which you would be automatically redirected to the respective payment gateways.

Payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay for your trips with either a credit card or PayNow.

Changes & Refunds

You may reach out to our Customer Service on Whatsapp or via WeChat ID: MYJOYRIDE

If you should have to cancel your booking, refund will only be reimbursed if we receive your notification via Whatsapp at least 24 hours from the time selected in your itinerary.
